We will provide you with top quality lobsters. Always. Our goal is for customers to be happy. But, because we are shipping perishable goods, there are limits to our guarantee.
Our lobsters are in great shape when they leave here and FedEx will make sure they are delivered pronto. However, if you give us an address that is wrong or incomplete, we cannot guarantee delivery. It’s also critical that someone is at the other end to receive the delivery. So be sure someone is at the lobster’s destination! Lobster products left outside or not immediately taken care of properly are not the responsibility of FedEx or www.LobsterExpress.ca
Tips
- Make sure we have the right address and at least two contact telephone numbers (for example home and work.)
- Store the products in accordance with the directions enclosed with your seafood order (also on this site.)
- Cook seafood properly.
- Do not eat raw lobster meat.
Concerns? Contact us within 24 hours and we will trouble shoot. We may ask you to return the product. So please, care as much about our lobsters as we do.

Caution: We are not liable for sickness that happens by careless handling and storage, or if our lobsters are eaten raw by humans or animals. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the same product.
Should “acts of God” occur like storms that delay shipments, lobsterexpress.ca is not liable.
